High Step'N Stables is
happy to announce we are running our first time ever 2008 Spring/Summer
Promotion. The promotion is available May 1 - Sept 1, 2008.
This is what the promotion is all about. Pasture board with us for
$100/mth per horse for the months of May - September, YES, $100/mth per
horse. (That
is $500 for 5 mths of boarding) Restrictions apply. There must be
a signed contract for the boarding agreement and a $100 non refundable
deposit. Previous and/or existing boarders cannot participate.
Horses must have a negative coggins, health certificate, and current
rabies from a local veterinarian.
What do you get for
$100/mth per horse?

2qts grain a day

De-wormer every other
month (Bimectin or Pyrantel)

30 acres of pasture
for grazing

run-ins to get in out of the weather

We are accepting
(full board and pasture board). Please call us to make arrangements. Our farm is located in Montvale, Virginia; 15 miles west of Bedford and 15 miles east of Roanoke. The owner & operator, Tracy Royal Waller, was born and raised on this farm and takes great
pride in fulfilling her life-long dream of owning her own horse farm.
She has handled horses since she was a little girl. Tracy and her father
trained her first horse together on this same farm. She is
an experienced handler and trains all her own horses. Along with her
supportive husband, Jackie Lee Waller, they will be the primary care givers
for your loving equines. There are riding trails in the area
for short/long trail rides. Come board with us and have the
convenience of pasture riding on the facilities or trailer to a local
favorite riding trail. Whether you are looking for pasture
board or full board, we can accommodate your needs.
